A Congregational Meeting has been called to take place following worship on Sunday, November 9. The purpose of this Congregational Meeting is to receive a report and recommendation from the Nominating Committee to elect Elders, Deacons, and Members-At-Large to the Nominating Committee for next year and to approve a revision to our bi-laws to set term limits for members who serve on the Nominating Committee and Trustees.

Come together and learn lifesaving skills by getting trained in CPR and AED use. There is going to be an on-site CPR/AED certification class for interested individuals on Thursday, November 6, from 9:00-11:00 AM, by a well-trained instructor. This training will equip you with the skills to confidently and effectively respond to a medical emergency, both inside and outside of the our church home. Becoming certified is a valuable life skill and demonstrates our church’s commitment to safety. 
Stewardship Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, November 4th at 2:00 p.m. in Kemp Hall.

Come enjoy a delicious breakfast and support our Scout troop. Your presence helps encourage their hard work and community service!
On Sunday, November 2 – Lely Presbyterian Church will celebrate our own adapted version of a Love Feast in this service of gratitude and thanksgiving. A Dixieland jazz band will assist in leading the music in worship, so we encourage you to come early and find a seat. In lieu of a sermon, church family members will share personal testimonies about their faith and gratitude.
Drop off any size packages or cans of rice and beans in the Narthex through October 12 or in the church office by October 16. Volunteer to help distribute food on October 17 – carpool leaves at 12:40 PM. Contact Bonnie Hartley at (724) 366-1465.
