Learn and Grow at Lely
Faith grows through worship, study, prayer, service, and community. At Lely Presbyterian Church, we offer learning opportunities for children and adults who want to grow deeper in Scripture and in their walk with Christ.
Children & Families
Children are welcome in worship at Lely Presbyterian Church.
On Sundays when children are present, Pastor Jonas or one of our creative staff teachers often invite them forward for a short children’s message during the service. The children sit at the foot of the stage for a simple lesson, prayer, and a moment that reminds the whole church that faith is passed from one generation to the next. Children are then excused to Sunday School in a classroom setting.
We are a smaller congregation, and our children’s ministry is still growing. But children are not an afterthought here. They are seen, welcomed, and included in the life of worship.
FaithBuilders
FaithBuilders is our children’s learning ministry. Using Bible-based resources from Sermons4Kids, children hear Bible stories, ask questions, pray, and grow in faith through simple lessons, object lessons, activities, and age-appropriate conversation in a caring church environment.
Because attendance can vary from week to week, families are encouraged to contact the church office for the current FaithBuilders schedule and details.
Adult Learning
Adult learning at Lely includes Bible studies, seasonal classes, and small group opportunities designed to help people grow in Scripture, faith, and community.

Heading North or Traveling? Stay Connected.
You do not have to be in the building to keep learning with us. Many of our adult Bible studies can be joined remotely through Zoom, making it easier for seasonal members, travelers, and friends up north to stay connected with Lely.

Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in Kemp Hall

Membership & New Members Class
Pastor Jonas periodically leads a New Members Class for those who want to learn more about Lely Presbyterian Church, the Presbyterian tradition, and what it means to become part of this congregation.
The class is informal, welcoming, and open to anyone who is curious. Attending does not obligate you to join.
