Your Legacy Matters
We are asking our friends and members to consider making a Legacy Gift to Lely Presbyterian Church as you prepare or update your wills and trusts. Your gift will empower future generations to make visible the extraordinary light that comes from God. Our Pastor and / or Church Treasurer would be pleased to meet with you as you begin your deliberations concerning a planned Legacy gift to the church. On Saturday, November 7 at 2:00 pm, Dana Waters of the Presbyterian Foundation will be joining us and leading a discussion on Legacy Giving to support Lely Presbyterian Church’s mission and ministry for years to come. As you review your estate planning, whether it be to revise your will or create a trust, we ask you to consider Legacy Giving and remember our church home. The Finance & Stewardship Committee has worked diligently in updating our Legacy Giving brochure and has developed a short video which emphasizes the importance of this ministry.
Legacy Giving is part of our Planned Giving Ministry and is an important part of providing for our Church Home, helps to ensure our long-term financial health and stability and allows us to continue our outreach programs to our community.
We hope you will join us for this very important discussion and presentation. Light refreshments will be served.
