Summer Sermon Series – The Beatitudes
The Counter-Culture of Grace – Blessed Are Those Who Mourn
Join us Sunday at 10 a.m. as we reflect on the spiritual strength that comes when we bring our mourning honestly before God and receive the healing love of Christ.
This Sunday, we continue our Beatitudes series with Jesus’ words: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” In a world filled with loss, violence, and personal sorrow, Christ offers more than easy answers. He offers comfort, compassion, hope, and the promise that grief is not the end of the story.

Lely Presbyterian church conducts interfaith pet event
At Lely Presbyterian Church’s interfaith pet blessing on March 21, dogs and their owners gathered for a unique moment of grace.
Led by Pastor Jonas Hayes, the Rev. Tony Fisher, and Laura Kido Lyons, the service included blessings, memorial prayers, and even a phone call to Thailand so a pet abroad could be included.
“Faithful With What’s Been Given.”
Stewardship is not about accumulation. It is about responsibility, faithfulness, and action. What God places in our hands is meant to be used, planted, shared, and multiplied—not buried or preserved out of fear.
